Direct payment is expected at the time of your purchase.

On hold: Ask me to put up a custom listing or reserve a listing for you.

If you have asked for information on an item, it does not automatically imply that you wish to put that item on hold. The item is still for sale and may be purchased in between inquiries.

Shipments are sent out at least once a week, often the day after you made your purschase. Custom orders takes about 7 days to make and will then be shipped out if the listing doesn't says otherwise.

I assure you that your package will be shipped honestly and accordingly.

DaisyChain Custom is not responsible for any lost mail or incidents after the package is left at the post office. We have always been accident free, so no package is expected to be lost.

Within Europe: 2 - 5 business days
To US: 10 - 15 business days
Outside Europe: 10 - 20 business days

I always write "gift" on the package to try to avoid any custom taxes etc. But the package may still be examined by customs and a charge may apply for this which you as a customer have to pay for if that is the case.
